Employee Directed Giving Empowerment Program
EDGE stands for Employee Directed Giving Empowerment. EDGE is an LDI program designed to give our employees an opportunity to directly influence the funding of the non-profit and charitable organizations they care most about. Money provided by LDI is made available (through the Fiterman Foundation) for donations to be made back to eligible tax-exempt organizations located in the communities where our employees work or live.
