Liberty Diversified Industries buys Milltronics
Minneapolis / St. Paul Business Journal - by Carissa Wyant Staff Writer
Liberty Diversified Industries announced Monday that it acquired Milltronics Manufacturing Co. for an undisclosed amount.
Waconia-based Milltronics Manufacturing is a manufacturer of machine tools. Milltronics employs 120 people, who will become employees of LDI.
Tim Rashleger, CEO of Milltronics, will stay on with the company as chief product officer.
New Hope-based Liberty Diversified Industries is a privately held portfolio company with holdings involved in the design, manufacture and marketing of products and creative solutions for the packaging, office and industrial and building industry business sectors, as well as an advanced technology recycled paper mill.
