LDI is committed to making a meaningful impact in our local communities. Caring is engrained in our culture and reflected in the daily conduct of our employees both within and beyond the workplace. We work to provide our communities with greater access to healthy food, education and health resources.
Our community relations primary focus in on kids education, food security, and health. We believe that by working together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of children in our community and we strive to create a brighter future.
Through our giving we collaborate with local schools, nonprofits like United Way and CHC: Creating Healthier Communities, and local food shelves to enhance access to nutritious food and remove barriers to learning.
We offer company-wide giving programs, including packing backpacks, assembling literacy kits, food drives, and our annual LDI Cares Choice Giving Campaign. Many of our employees participate in volunteer opportunities that go way beyond our company-wide programs.
LDI offers each employee a full day off with pay to volunteer for causes they care about. Additionally, through our EDGE grant program, employees can nominate a charitable organization annually to receive a donation.
As a socially conscious organization, the charitable contributions and volunteer efforts of our employees positively impact those in need daily. And our responsibility extends to a more sustainable world through the products and services we offer.
