LDI Appoints Jim Morgan as Chief Executive Officer

Minneapolis, MN – January 13, 2026 – Liberty Diversified International, a New Hope, Minnesota-based manufacturer of packaging, office furniture and building products, is pleased to announce that Jim Morgan joined the company as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 12, 2026.

Jim brings decades of leadership experience in the paper and packaging industry. Most recently, he served as Executive Chairman and CEO for Pressed Paperboard Technologies, LLC. His career includes CEO and board chair roles at Green Meadows Paper Company, DS Smith PLC, Gaylord Container, Interstate Resources Inc., Duro Bag Manufacturing Co., and Bay State Paper Company. Earlier in his career, Jim held positions in sales, marketing, business development, human resources, and operations (including U.S. and Mexico), giving him a broad perspective on driving growth and building strong teams.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in industrial relations from West Virginia University.
