Liberty Diversified International Named a 2025 Top Workplace in Minnesota

Top 200 Workplace bannerNEW HOPE, MN, June 12, 2025 — Liberty Diversified International (LDI) is proud to be named one of Minnesota’s Top 200 Workplaces by the Star Tribune for 2025. This recognition reflects the voices of LDI’s employees, who rated the company highly for engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction.

“For over a century, we’ve worked to build a company where people feel valued, supported, and inspired,” said Mike Fiterman, Chairman of LDI. “We’re truly honored that our employees feel that commitment and continue to shape LDI into a place where people want to do their best work.”

As a family of businesses focused on leading together in four core markets of paper, packaging, plastics and Safco furniture, LDI credits its continued success to a culture grounded in care—for people, for customers, and for the communities it serves.

The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, an independent research firm. The survey measured aspects of workplace culture that are critical to organizational success, including alignment, execution, and connection.

LDI employs more than 1,900 people across the U.S. and Mexico, with more than 500 team members in Minnesota. The full list of Top Workplaces was published in the Star Tribune’s special section on Sunday, June 15 and is available online at startribune.com/mn-top-workplaces.
