Our 2025 Sustainability Report: Building on a Century of Innovation
We’re proud to share our 2025 Sustainability Report, highlighting the progress we’ve made toward our long-term environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals and the future we’re building together.
Sustainability has always been part of who we are at Liberty Diversified International. For more than 100 years, our business has been guided by values of caring for people, using resources wisely, and supporting the communities where we live and work. This year’s report continues that tradition while setting a clear path forward with our 10-year sustainability goals.
Highlights from 2025
- 600 million pounds of old corrugated cardboard diverted from landfills through Liberty Paper’s 100% recycled paper mill.
- 11 million gallons of water saved annually at Liberty Paper through new efficiency projects.
- 5% of annual profits reinvested into our communities, focusing on children’s education, food security, and wellbeing.
- Lead the Line launched to develop and grow the next generation of frontline leaders.
This year also marked the 30th anniversary of Liberty Paper, a major milestone in our journey as a leader in the circular economy.
“Our progress is a reflection of the everyday actions of our people,” said Jenny Lindstrom, Chief Legal and Sustainability Officer. “With our 10-year goals now approved by the Board, we’re well positioned to deliver even greater impact for our employees, customers, communities, and the environment.”
